I LOVE this vet. When I first moved to Mooresville, I had no idea where to take my Willow, and unfortunately, her first appointment was an emergency visit, and HP was the only place open that could see her. I was already nervous and scared, and they could tell on the phone and when I brought her inside. They immediately had someone come look at her and give me a rundown of what she would need. Unfortunately, my dog has been there on more emergency visits than normal appointments; however, every single time I’ve been there, I have been so impressed with them. Every single person on that staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they go over every charge you have and call you to discuss before doing anything extra or further. As much as I hate taking her to the vet, I know she’s always in EXCELLENT hands here.
They always are spot on with their treatment of my puppies.

Great and very friendly, along with the knowledgeable staff. It seems everyone enjoys what they do there, from answering the phones to providing professional service for your family pets. Very professional, and they do a great job during these stricken covid times. Glad to say we will be going to them first for the care of our dogs.
