Assistant Practice Manager

Tara serves as the Assistant Practice Manager at Harbor Point Animal Hospital, where her passion for animals and commitment to exceptional client care guide her leadership. She focuses on team support, hospital operations, and creating a positive experience for both pets and their people.

At home, Tara shares her life with a large family of special-needs pets, including cats Rapunzel and Prince Harry, and dogs Bartholomew, Pua-Grace, Randall, Stitch, Big Papa, Penelope, and Georgie. Caring for each of them gives her a deeply personal understanding of the trust involved in veterinary care.

Fueled by Diet Coke and inspired by a dream of working with orangutans like Jane Goodall, Tara brings empathy, energy, and dedication to everything she does—making her a trusted advocate for patients, clients, and the Harbor Point team.

Veterinary Technician, RVT & Treatment Lead

Heather is a Registered Veterinary Technician and Treatment Lead at Harbor Point Animal Hospital, where she is known for her clinical skill, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care. In her leadership role, she supports the treatment team by ensuring high standards of medical excellence while helping pets feel safe and comfortable during their visits.

At home, Heather is a proud pet parent to O’Malley, her energetic 6-month-old domestic shorthair. Fueled by Pepsi and inspired by a lifelong love of dolphins, Heather brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a genuine passion for animal care to every patient she serves.

Veterinary Assistant

Cheyenne is a Veterinary Assistant at Harbor Point Animal Hospital, where he supports the medical team with attentive, compassionate care for every patient. He values creating a calm, supportive environment to help pets feel safe and comfortable during their visits.

At home, Cheyenne shares his life with Cashmere, his Russian Blue cat. While he usually enjoys coffee, he’s recently swapped his morning routine for creatine to stay energized. If he could be any animal, Cheyenne would be a cheetah—admiring their speed, agility, and calm, reserved nature—which perfectly reflects his thoughtful and steady approach to animal care.

Urgent Care Veterinary Assistant Lead and Inventory Specialist

Maya is an Urgent Care Veterinary Assistant Lead and Inventory Specialist at Harbor Point Animal Hospital, where she thrives in fast-paced situations and supports patients who need prompt, attentive care. She is dedicated to helping pets and their families feel supported during stressful moments, bringing calm focus and compassion to every urgent case.

At home, Maya is a devoted pet parent to Winston, Reina, JP, and Benito—a lively mix of dogs that keeps life full. Fueled by a crispy Dr. Pepper from McDonald’s, Maya dreams of working with alligators one day and plans to contribute to conservation efforts once she retires, reflecting her long-term commitment to protecting animals of all kinds.

Veterinary Assistant

Kinsley shares her home with three dogs: Bailey, a chocolate Labrador; Ruby, a blonde Labrador; and Harlee, a cattle dog mix. She runs on energy drinks and adrenaline. One of the funniest things she’s witnessed in an exam room is pets getting the zoomies in those tiny spaces, always chaotic and always entertaining.

Customer Service Leader

Cinthia is the Customer Service Leader at Harbor Point Animal Hospital, where she is often the first friendly face clients see and hear. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every pet parent while ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination between clients and the care team.

At home, Cinthia shares her life with Leia, her Yorkshire Terrier, and two cats, Ellie and Spooky. Fueled by coffee and driven by a lifelong fascination with monkeys, Cinthia brings warmth, patience, and enthusiasm to her role—helping every client feel confident, informed, and cared for from the moment they contact the hospital.

Customer Service Representative

Diamond is a Customer Service Representative at Harbor Point Animal Hospital, where she helps create a friendly, welcoming experience for every client and patient. With a positive attitude and a genuine love for animals, she enjoys connecting with pet families and supporting the team to keep each visit running smoothly.

While Diamond doesn’t currently have pets of her own, she loves interacting with the many animals who visit the clinic each day. Fueled by lemonade and BodyArmor, she brings energy and warmth to the front desk—and never forgets moments like the clever dog who opened a treat jar and proudly presented it to their owner, a reminder of just how entertaining and intelligent pets can be.
